• Support sales by managing customer needs/inquiries, proactively engaging customers on behalf of sales team
• Proactively engage sales team to optimize front line sales time
• Serve as liaison between sales and other departments to facilitate communication and coordination
• Collaborate with cross functional teams and departments to align sales initiatives
• Optimize use of action & launch registers
• Work with National Account Managers on a weekly basis to optimize the usage of SharePoint sales funnel
• Lead new product launches from beginning to implementation
• Support sales team members with contract management file
• Maintain and manage Cardinal & customer specific pricing agreements
• Collect, assemble, analyze and summarize sales data supporting sales related activities
• Collaborate with sales in the development of targeted customer specific presentations
• Coordinate, prepare and expedite delivery of product samples
• Coordinate internally & support NAM with key customer rebate, trade budget & feature activities
• Proactively eliminate invalid penalties from each distributor / customer
• Complete customer specific listing forms/web portals for new and existing products
• Support sales with customer specific events
• Change Champion, assessing current processes to identify opportunities to improve usage of sales & operations tools to increase efficiency & productivity
• Drive the adoption of standardized processes and tools across the organization

• Proven experience in Project Management. Project management certification an asset
• Exceptional oral & written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Team experience in multi-level customer service and sales
• Proficient in the MS suite of products, advanced user of Excel, experience with retail link an asset
• Self-motivated, strong verbal / written communication and organization skills
• Results oriented
• University or College Degree
