Twas the night before Christmas and all though the plant
Everyone was working, should we stop, Brent says we can’t!
All our customers are ordering, planning and can not wait
for the best burgers in Canada to arrive at their gate.
NTF, tenderform, Cardinal is pushing evolution
And Sysco in US is in the midst of a revolution.
So the Americans finally get it and know one thing is true.
These Canadians up north know how to make burgers and other things too!
All of those kettle cooked products aroma in the air,
So many applications, it is only right that we share.
Pulled Pork, Cubed Beef, and bone in chicken for all
Full roasts, back ribs, still working on that meatball.
We love the Cardinal team who comes by car, bike and bus,
Those North Pole elves ain’t got nothing on us.
While they are making all the toy cars for the races,
We are creating big smiles on all our customers faces.
I have a warning before me and my sleigh go,
to fly through this wind, rain and snow
Rudolph, Donner, and Blitzen should all fear,
Cardinal makes a mean bison burger and I heard are considering trying reindeer.
So I wish you Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays to everyone here,
